Our Repair Department stands ready to serve you in any way possible. Some of those ways include warranty repair or replacement, or refurbishing/rebuilding any product we manufacture. All products being returned, whether for warranty consideration, refurbishment or rebuild will need to be accompanied by an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) form. If you have an Elkhart Brass product that needs our attention, please email your Customer Service Representative or call us at 1-574-295-8330 to request an RGA form. The form will be sent for you to complete and return with the product.
